Full Journal pdf2004-05-10 House Journal Page 4154 SB 30 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4109) on the following at this time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 30(JUD) "An Act relating to information and services available to pregnant women and other persons; ensuring informed consent before an abortion may be performed; and providing exceptions to informed consent in certain cases." (HCR 36 - title change resolution) and CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 30(JUD) am "An Act relating to information and services available to pregnant women and other persons; and ensuring informed consent before an abortion may be performed, except in cases of medical emergency." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House recede from its amendment to CSSB 30(JUD) am, namely HCS CSSB 30(JUD), and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House recede from its amendment to CSSB 30(JUD) am?"
